  • Confirming reservations, tailoring experiences, and following up after your visit.
  • Sending newsletters or announcements when you opt in (never more than two per month).
  • Responding to press, partnership, or careers enquiries.
  • Maintaining accurate records for accounting, legal compliance, and operational improvements.

Sharing & partners

  • Trusted service providers assisting with booking platforms, secure payments, and email communications.
  • Regulatory authorities when required by law or to protect our guests and team.

Retention

  • Reservation records are retained for up to six years to comply with UK hospitality regulations.
  • Newsletter data is stored until you unsubscribe, which you can do in a single click.
  • Event enquiries and CVs are kept for no longer than 12 months unless a working relationship begins.
